Q: Is this commission-based?
 Yes, this is a commission+bonus sales job.


Q: What type of training do you offer?
A: We offer a combination of one-on-one training, audio recordings, teleconference calls, online video and corporate retreats to help you learn everything necessary to be successful in the final expense/insurance industry. 


Q: Do I have to do any cold calling?
A: No, we have a lead generation program to assist with marketing. However, you will be required to contact prospects, make sales presentations, and close sales. If the thought of ‘cold calling’ puts chills down your spine, this probably is not the career for you. 


Q: How does the lead program work?
A: We assign territories to each agent and send out direct mail leads to prospective clients in that area. 


Q: Am I a captive agent?
A: Yes. You have to sell the company specific products with the company specific leads.


Q: Can I do this part time?
A: Depends. We care about results. If you can reach your sales goals in less time… GREAT! Many of our agents only work 2-3 days a week while others work 6 days a week. It all depends on you. 


Q: How much money can I make?
A: Most of our 1st year representatives make $40k-$60k. ALL of our agents who have been with us for 5+ years make in excess of $100,000 per year and several make $150,000+. We try our best to select only qualified candidates.


Q: Do I have to be licensed to apply for the job?
A: No, not to apply. You will need to be licensed to sell final expense products once you are hired. 


Q: How long does it take to get hired?
A: If you already have a license it will take between 2-3 weeks to start your new career. If you DO NOT have a license it will take 6-12 weeks to get licensed and start working.


Q: What kind of contract will you put me on?
A: That depends on your experience and verifiable life production from the previous year.
